I hope your first meeting was both an inspiration and a challenge.
This blog site will serve us in the weeks ahead as a sort of “electronic bulletin board.” It is intended as a place for public information. Anything that could be construed as in any way too delicate for a public forum will not be posted.
Yes, that means I have control over the content on this site. All comments that are made must be cleared by moi before they get on the site. That’s why they may take a day or two to show up.
Speaking of showing up — I hope you will show up at this site every day, if possible — or at the least a couple of times a week. If we are going to acheive our ambitious agenda, we’ll have to work outside of meetings.
And speaking of our work – please read and react to the materials in the back of your notebook from our first session. We will begin our next discussion with a review of the readings. If you have any questions about what you’ve read, go ahead and post them here. Also, please complete the Church Ministry Analysis questionaire.

Meeting was great! Pastor thanks for providing material and guidence for the team.
I told Chris this – but will share with group (if he allows this to go through)… This process has started as the most organized effort ever in our church (at least run by ony of our pastors). A schedule, an outline, material in-hand, and organized leadership. Wow! This is light years ahead already.
While the topic is “heavy” I think this leadership will helo all of us get our arms around it better – felling lead is so much more fun that be dragged and/or being unorganized and uprepared.
